Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Regions

We deliver across India. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery might take longer or additional charges may apply.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on business days are processed on the same day.
     

  • Orders placed after cut-off, during weekends or holidays, are processed on the next business day.
     

  • Processing includes payment verification, quality check, and packing.

3.Destination and Estimated Delivery Time

Rest of India / Remote Areas             5–7 business days (or more depending on logistics)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and location, and are shown at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount.

  • Any import/customs/duties (if applicable) will be borne by the purchaser.

5. Packaging & Safety

All products are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

We use sturdy packaging, cushioning materials, and water-resistant wrapping where needed.

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email / SMS / WhatsApp.

You can track your order status through the courier’s system.

7. Failed Delivery / Returns to Sender

  • If delivery fails because of wrong address or non-availability, the package may be returned to us.

  • We may charge additional shipping to resend.

  • Please ensure you provide the correct and complete address + contact number.

8. What to Do If There Are Issues

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, contact our support with your order number & tracking info.

  • If the product arrives damaged, keep all packaging and send photographs.

  • We’ll take steps to resolve it — replacement / refund / support as per policy.
